What is an autonomous audit?
You brief a journey — URL, goal, devices — and Cavioo navigates it itself, capturing evidence as it goes. The result is a full report with a screenshot behind every finding.
What does the free audit include?
One free audit per account, starting from the URL you choose. The robot walks your whole journey and photographs every screen, then you get all findings for the one page you ask about, including evidence and recommendations. The other screens stay locked until you buy a full audit or choose a subscription to review the full journey.
Can I buy audits without subscribing?
Yes. Buy one audit of up to 25 screens for €79, or 5 for €299. Pack audits do not expire when a plan renews. A subscription is optional.
How many credits does an audit use?
Each audit counted in a plan or a pack is one credit, and one credit covers up to 25 screens: each distinct page or state Cavioo captures along the journey. A longer journey uses a second credit automatically from screen 26, up to 50 screens. Past 50, Cavioo pauses and asks you before it uses a third, for up to a total of 75 screens. No audit uses more than three credits. If you don't answer, it finishes there and uses no more. If you run out of credits during an audit, it pauses the same way and asks whether you want to buy one or finish there. A typical audit uses 1–2 credits, depending on how many screens the journey captures. If an audit fails, every credit it used comes back.
Will I pay VAT on top?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is worked out at checkout from where you are and, for a business, from the VAT number you enter.
Who can see a report?
Anyone you invite. People who can view are free and unlimited on every plan, for both free and paid audit reports. People who run audits use your plan's seats: 1 on Solo, 3 on Pro, 10 on Agency.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing; the new allowance applies from your next billing cycle.
